It was a quiet hotel in a walkable area, short walk to coffee shops and restaurants, coffee shops, and downtown and bike paths. The room I booked was need updated bedding and available with fridge and microwave. The staffs were welcoming & pleasant. The property had a great location not too far from The New Zone Gallery.

This place is pretty clean and located in a nice building. It's super close to awesome restaurants and the Saturday Market. You can't beat the central location right at the sidewalk. For a nice cup of tea or coffee, check out dutch bros coffee nearby ☕.

We stayed at the Downtown Inn in Eugene for a couple of nights and it was fantastic. The staff was incredibly accommodating, even with our late arrival. The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of towels in the bathroom. The location was convenient, within walking distance of downtown attractions. The owners have clearly invested in the property, with new furnishings and a fresh look. It's definitely a hidden gem.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.
